Field Sales Manager

JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS (JDE), wants to continue growing a profitable business and need to strengthen their organisation with a driven and development oriented Field Sales Manager for the Swedish market. This role is a great step to join a fast-growing international company in a challenging and stimulating working environment and a great opportunity to be part of the company’s future growth. The position is located at JDE’s Nordic HQ in Copenhagen and travelling will be requried.

Areas of responsibility and challenges

You will have the overall responsibility for managing Field sales in Sweden including planning and coordination of sales activities and goal-settings for field sales. The Fields Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of 22 people with 3 direct reports and be responsible for developing the team, function and business. You will have to lead and coach the organization to maximize their potential to reach set targets. You are also a contributing member of the Swedish management team and reports to the Country Manager Sweden.

Candidate profile

JDE are looking for a business and result oriented leader with experience from leading sales roles. You have a strong drive and passion to createe profitable growth, successful sales strategies and reach success together with the team. You need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationship and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. You are motivated by working in an international organization with a long-term growth agenda, in a fast-paced changing environment. As person you are structured and methodical with the analytical ability to act on business development and improvement possibilities.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Successful leadership experience
  • Good analytical skills
  • Experience from consumer goods
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
  • Academic degree in Business Administration or equivalent
