To thrive in this position, you should be a positive team player with a strong ability to build relations with stakeholders and experience from working in senior management teams with Cross Nordic experience. You have strong business focus with an ability to translate business needs into HR actions. You also have the experience from running core HR-processes and having led these both strategically and operationally. You are fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
As a person you have proven interpersonal skills – being able to create trust and long-term business relationships. You are proactive, driven with a “can-do-attitude” and have a high drive and working capacity as well as high integrity and trustworthiness.
NCC PD is one of four business areas within NCC. NCC PD develops and sells commercial properties in defined growth markets in the Nordic region.
NCC PD focuses on sustainable office, retail and logistics properties in attractive locations and is characterized by a deep understanding of specific customer requirements. This encompasses the entire value chain, from project concept and analysis to land acquisition, concept development, letting, production and finally a project sale, where capital is released for new development projects. NCC Property Development has net sales of SEK 2 567 million in 2017. NCC Property Development has approx. 110 employees in the Nordics.
