With the objective of growing the Swedish business, Elfa Lumi AB is now looking to strengthen its sales team further and is recruiting a Key Account Manager to drive, manage and develop the sales in Sweden. In the role, you will report to the Sales Manager KAM Sweden and you will be responsible for planning and implementing sales to specific accounts. Sustainable growth, category leadership and brand strengthening are key words in the journey to execute on Elfa’s corporate strategy.

You will be located at Elfa International head office in central Malmö and will be travelling on a regular basis, 40-60 days per year.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and stakeholders
  • Proactively develop the business and identify sales opportunities, through business plans, strategy implementation and launching of new products
  • Initiate, implement and monitor sales plans to ensure that targets for net sales, gross margin, market share and other customer related priorities, are met
  • Analyze sales trends as well as market and sales intelligence reports to ensure that we proactively adapt to changes in business trends and harness the possibilities they bring
  • Ensure a collaborative environment with the rest of the Swedish sales team, as well as with other departments 

Qualifications:

  • Academic degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proven track record as key account manager or purchasing, desirable with durable consumer goods in retail or building material industry.
  • Proven experience in negotiations/contract signing and building long term relationships
  • Documented results showing the ability to drive growth in competitive retail or/and project sales environments
  • Strong IT skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Meriting:

  • Experience selling to e-commerce customers
  • Experience in project sales, B2B
