As the Nordic Service Manager, you will develop an efficient service and training business that significantly grows service revenue and profitability for the Nordic organisation. Your efforts should be ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
As a member of the Nordic Management Team, the job holder manages local service managers ensuring effective delivery of service to all levels of external and internal customers. It is essential that the Dräger installed base is supported and pro-actively managed according to customer and legal demands. The Nordic Service Manager has excellent leadership and management skills as well as the ability to build and lead teams, which can deliver under pressure.
In your role, you are expected to identify relevant trends in the market and translate these trends into strategy, actions and products in agreement with the overall strategy. You are a key person our strive towards always being a trusted advisor to our customers by keeping a close eye on our customer satisfaction and in this together with your team and account managers reach our full potential sales. As a leader of the service function, you transfer knowledge to your team members and ensure that needed service tools are available. By doing that you manage and ensure the progress and quality of the work and ensure continuous improvements.
Tasks and Responsibilities
On a daily basis you have the profit and loss responsibility for the Nordic service business. In this you manage the service operation, personnel and standards of performance and work output to satisfy customer’s service needs. You assess and document revenue generating opportunities for new and already installed equipment together with associated sales tools and training programmes. It is also within your responsibilities to drive the optimization of existing structures and processes with focus on increasing value-add to our business. You understand and develop plans in line with the Nordic sales and market development strategies in order to both achieve revenue growth and as an enabler for sales value propositions. In this you set clear tasks and goals, evaluate performance and give feedback to own employees on a regular basis.
