SilverRail is now seeking a Product Manager to work with the Product Management department at the Stockholm office. The Product Manager has the business management responsibility for individual products, ensuring that the products have a profitable life cycle and meet the current and future market needs. Acting as the Product Evangelist conveying the product vision together with cross-functional orchestration, the Product Manager aligns the organisation around the product activities needed to achieve success.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Monitor trends, future market needs and competitive landscape for the products.
  • Create product vision and strategies, including pricing strategies, and align with business and portfolio strategy.
  • Convey market and customer benefits of products and product initiatives.
  • Collect, analyse and understand market trends and customer needs
  • Create a product roadmap and manage the product backlog.
  • Understand system impact of development and manage technical depth in close collaboration with system architects.
  • Approve release of developed features to production.
  • Monitor product performance and drive product and portfolio forecasting.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities.

Your profile:

We are looking for an experienced B2B Product Manager and/or Business Developer. You must have a strong communicative ability, since you will have a lot of contact with both internal and external stakeholders. You should also be a proactive and consultative person towards our clients. Also:

  • Ability to understand the business benefits and drive the financial management of the product
  • Knowledge and/or experience of agile methods
  • Experience of managing and working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to see the big picture and opportunities for continuous development of product portfolio
  • Strong ability to build networks and relationships
  • Full of initiative and decision-making capacity
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent English as well as Swedish
