At Harvey Nash, you will be an important member of our team to help us continuously develop our services and our client as well as our candidate networks.

In this role you will work independantly but also need to be a team player with focus on research, assessments and second opinions of candidates, placements and follow-up results with our customers.

You will have a direct reporting line to the Country Manager and work closely together with our Nordic team consisting of highly skilled recruiters and HR professionals. Besides that, you will have direct contact with our many cooperation partners, participating in the creation of new recruiting initiatives, optimizing the recruiting processes and taking care of the day-to-day processing of our many candidates.

To be successful in this role you should be driven, business-oriented and good at building relationships. As a person, you should be forward thinking, courageous, empathetic and have a great enthusiasm for meeting with people. The role demands that you are confident with sales related activities and professional networking. You thrive in a high paste environment and strive to exceed expectations and deliver quality at all times, to be the best in your field. You wish to take on new areas of responsibility and enjoy the independence that comes with it.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration or similar.
  • Previous experience from recruitment.
  • Experience and interest in relationship building activities and networking.
  • Fluent in Danish and English language, both written and verbal.
