We have created a global team called Global Connectivity & Technology which is responsible for the development of our ecosystem for Connected Appliances. You will initially be reporting to Stefan Berg, VP IT Connected Consumer Solutions. Reporting lines may change as the organization grows and matures.
You will work as part of the IT Connected Consumer Solutions team to enable outstanding consumer experiences to constantly push business value to new heights within the connected appliances area. The assignment is to design, develop and maintain an API for controlling connected appliances together with developers and architects on site in Electrolux Headquarters at Kungsholmen, Stockholm as well as our team in St Petersburg, Russia. It’s also an advantage if you have experience in any of the following areas; IoT projects, CouchDb, Kafka, MQTT, Websocket or Node.js.
This is the next step in evolving Electrolux Connectivity Platform to support our internal and external needs. This API will be the foundation for Electrolux home automation and how we will interact both internally with our appliances and for integration with other cloud services and partners.
