Harvey Nash achieves a massive 95% in REC Compliance Testing

November 17, 2013

Every year the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC – http://www.rec.uk.com/) puts its members through a rigorous set of compliance testing. This is designed to assess knowledge of the REC Code of Professional Practice and relevant legislation, and to make sure members are putting their knowledge into practice when working with clients and candidates.

We’re delighted to report that Harvey Nash achieved a massive 95% in REC’s most recent Compliance Testing. This is testament to our dedication to detail, and our promise to always act in a responsible and compliant fashion when dealing with client and candidates.

Why compliance is important
By working with a compliant business, you can have complete confidence that we will be working to all employment legislation and quality standards such as AWR (Agency Workers Regulations), Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Ethical policies. This means you aren’t exposed to any legal risks, and provides you with the assurance that we are living up to the highest standards of best practice in recruitment.
