International Womens Day
Today on International Women’s Day we would like to highlight recent data from our HR Survey.
56% of HR leaders are satisfied with progress of diversity. Government & Public Sector (36%), Transport & Logistics (41%) and Energy (48%) are the sectors least satisfied with diversity.
Gender and ethnicity still top the charts for the type of diversity being pursued but in third place our respondents are seeking cultural diversity. Around a third of our HR professionals are looking for functional expertise (34%) and international expertise (32 %).
This inspires hope in us and while progress is sometimes moving slower than we would like, it is moving in the right direction.
As a trusted recruitment partner we aim to always keep diversity and inclusion consciousness at the core of all our client engagements as well as in our own employment decisions. Our hope is to inspire others in the same mind-set and help move progress along. To read more visit our recently published HR Survey here
