Job description

You will work closely to both the CCO, Marketing & Category management, locally and on a Nordic level.  The focus is to develop our sales organization and partner network in order to secure profitable expansion and further strengthening of our market position in the project segment.

The Sales Manager will lead a team of two KAM’s and has the overall responsibility of the entire project sales organization in Norway. The role includes the KAM position of the “Residential” sector and will serve some of our largest partners.  The main task is to successfully achieve growth and profitability in our project segment within the three sectors of “Office”, “Health & Education” and “Residential”.

Areas of responsibilities include:

  • Achieve growth by designing and implementing a strategic sales
  • Setting goals and objectives.
  • Coaching and performance monitoring of salesrepresentatives/partners.
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships directly or through our partner network.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • P&L responsibility for the Norwegian project segment.
  • Identify market opportunities and shifts based on product knowledge and competitor awareness.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • The right candidate has experience from similar roles with proven record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Stakeholder management in an international organization is key.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from A to Z.
  • Strong business sense and similar industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • It is meriting if the candidate has an academic degree, leadership experience and been in the industry of building material and working with wood.
  • The role requires the candidate is fluent in English.
