Strengthened leadership in times of change

We have strengthened our organisation with new leadership in both Sweden and Denmark. With the recruitment of Knud Mansfeld-Giese and Tomas Persson in the role of Country Manager to our offices in Copenhagen and Stockholm respectively, we have taken a big step forward in our continued growth ambition by securing a clear leadership that will take us to the next level.

We are proud to attract Tomas Persson, who steps in as Country Manager for Harvey Nash in Sweden and Knud Mansfeld-Giese who takes the role of Country Manager for Harvey Nash in Denmark. Knud Mansfeld-Giese, Country Manager Denmark has more than 20 years of experience from the recruitment industry. Knud has worked as an executive search Consultant in several different companies and also brings professional experience from responsibilities as Manager and Partner. With the experience he brings from established companies such as Lisberg, Momentum Consulting and PwC, he will add a lot of value to our firm and help us in our continued journey of building our business in Denmark.

Tomas Persson, Country Manager Sweden has extensive experience from the IT consulting industry and has worked, among other things as CEO at a IT-security company and most recently at SQL Service Nordic. He will add a valuable new outside-in perspective and add further knowledge of among other things, project and change management as well as digitalisation and modern ways of working.

“I think Harvey Nash is in an exciting phase right now with great potential for taking a stronger position on the Swedish market. There will of course also be several challenges, but where I believe that with my previous experience and leadership, I can contribute to new ways of thinking and hopefully challenge both existing working methods and processes,” says Tomas Persson. “In a growing organisation, I also want to be able to stand for clear and values-based leadership that continues to engage colleagues and where we continue to build Harvey Nash together in the long term,” Tomas concludes.
