From December 1st, Jenny Edbom is stepping into the role of HR Manager and will be responsible for all our Nordic markets across our brands Alumni, Harvey Nash and Impact Executives.
Jenny has been with us since January 2016 at Alumni, managing our office and business support functions, as well as in the role of Acting Head of Research Team.
As we grow in the Nordic countries with our 6 offices across 4 countries and with 3 brands, where our values, employees and leadership are the prerequisites for continued success, we now want to strengthen our focus on these areas by appointing a Nordic HR Manager. In the past, we have always had very strong results in terms of commitment and engagement amongst our employees and we have set ambitious goals for maintaining and further improving our talent experience in the future.
“Together as one firm working with leadership and a portfolio of services across the Nordics, we have been growing at a steady pace the last couple of years. Our team now consists of some 120 people in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden and to make sure we meet our ambition of being the first choice for talent, the recruitment of Jenny Edbom to head up our Talent Experience is vital. Jenny already knows our organisation and our people well and I am thrilled she has accepted this new opportunity!”, says Åza Skoog MD Sweden.
“I look forward to taking on this new role within our firm and I am excited about the opportunity to get to know more colleagues even better. I also expect to gain a better understanding of all different parts of our business and I hope to be able to contribute to our continued business success by strengthening our own talent offer and experience as well as working with our internal leadership”, says Jenny Edbom.
We always strive to make a difference in everything we do at Alumni, Harvey Nash and Impact Executives, and our aim is to help companies and organisations build world-class teams. We provide a complimentary service offering with a unique combination of recruitment, leadership services, advisory and talent development. Examples of our services are recruitment, interim, assessments, second opinions and board-and management team evaluations. The latter is one of our fastest growing service areas and something we have worked to develop and is today just as big a part of our business, as executive search. With the experience we have gained since Alumni was founded in 1990, we have the opportunity and expertise to be able to tailor and pragmatically adapt our services to our customers’ needs. We have deliberately worked hard to maintain the entrepreneurial culture we have had since the start, driven by improving our existing processes and learning about the new challenges our customers’ face.
Alumni – focusing on management teams and boards, we provide leading and innovative services within leadership development and executive search, continuously evolving and improving on our more than 25 years of experience, working to strengthen the organisations of our clients.
Harvey Nash – with a customer-centric approach, we help our clients in the Nordic region succeed in their talent acquisition strategies through the recruitment of specialists and managers across all industries and business functions. With pragmatic solutions and customized processes, we meet every unique situation and we are very proud that during our ten years in the industry we are constantly renewing the trust of our clients and candidates.
Impact Executives – focusing on management teams and boards, we have been providing our clients for the past six years with driven, experienced and verified leaders who are able to apply their proven experience and add value from day one. Through our Impact Advisors we are able to help organisations in periods of change such as growth, change management or loss of key competence and the client can rely on direct results in line with strategy and business goals.
