About the role
We are looking for a business-oriented CFO to work in close cooperation with the CEO with the ambition to grow the business in the long term and contribute to strengthening and developing the team and the finance function.
As CFO you will have the overall responsibility of the finance function located in 4 different locations (UK, Sweden, Netherlands and Poland). The CFO will lead and manage a team of 26 employees and will be responsible for developing the function, team and business. Furthermore, you will also set processes and structures for an efficient finance organization. You are also contributing member of the company management team and report to the CEO.
You have solid experience from accounting and preferably business control. This is an opportunity to work as a true partner with the CEO in driving the business forward with the ability to work on a strategic level – and at the same time, you are expected to set process and structure to become more efficient to enable future growth. • Extensive experience in accounting roles/ business control

• Experience from working with Navision
• Experience from working in a business with high transaction volume
