We need someone who is comfortable in challenging the business and the organization to drive and create a common culture cross location toward a global international company. This is an opportunity to work as a true partner with the management in driving and growing the business internationally through the eye of culture and leadership, towards one aligned company.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, we belive you have

  • an extensive experience in roles within HR in an international organization and proven leadership experience in a changing organization.
  • You are fluent in English both written and oral.
  • You have a University degree in related area and know the Swedish Employment law and practices.
  • It’s also Meriting if you are familiar with the US and/or EU labor practices and labor law.

  • Lead and execute core human resources functions for inRiver’s 150+ people globally.
  • Lead, manage and, presumably, grow a small global team of HR professionals, currently 5 people in Sweden and Chicago.
  • Embrace, live and grow inRiver’s strong High Five culture, cultural awareness and behaviors throughout the inRiver community.
  • Counsel and coach – role model our culture.
  • Define company career job structure and compensation model including compensation strategy
  • Define future leadership skill set

The role is based at inRivers head office in central Malmö, Sweden.
