Main responsibilities:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something special, you should show strong business leadership towards B2C and New Channels. We see you will also:

  • Positively lead the sales development with key customers towards set goals and challenges for the brands Lundberg, Jabo and other brands within the framework of those customers.
  • Overall responsibility for the development and growth of the primary brands Lundberg and Jabo with our existing and new key customers.
  • Responsibility for maintaining business plans with a target image for the Lundberg and Jabo brands.
  • Ownership for the key customer portfolio in the brands Lundberg and Jabo.
  • Contribute and promote the company’s innovative market development in sales, marketing and assortment.
  • Ensure that the budget and business goals are continuously monitored and fulfilled.
  • To develop and implement the necessary efforts to positively contribute to a successful campaign strategy, broad distribution and successful marketing communication, product optimization, activation and innovation.
  • To have overall staff responsibility for the department where employee interviews are to be conducted at least once a year. Targeting calls will be conducted around mid-year.
  • Ensure that procedures including the sales department are followed, including reporting in CRM, driving journals and travel reports.

Profile Description:
We expect the person to have:

  • University Degree in business or marketing is preferred or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
  • Self-directed (autonomous), creative, and maintain a high commitment to excellence.
  • You are result oriented, high energy and are entrepreneurial in your orientation.
  • We are looking for a person with a strong business acumen and a strong leader.
  • Strong commercial interest and understanding for sales towards B2C and New Channels.
  • Straight-forward and open with strong integrity but also non-prestigious.
  • Fluent in Swedish.
